BIG MATIC FILTER
Big Matic is the only self-cleaning filter on the market that can reach the filtration degree of 1 micron thanks the particular filter element BM that offers a filtration degree ranging from 10 to 1 µm.
BIG MATIC can be composed of batteries of multiple filters and depending on the type of “vessel”, each filter can contain from 1 to 5 BM elements to meet every flow rate requirement.
The cleaning of the BM filter elements is performed with empty filter by pressure water jets that hit the filter surface by draining the impurities out.
During the cleaning cycle, the filter element is placed in rotation by an electric motor and the intake of clean water at 5-6 bar pressure is required; this ensures an optimum regeneration ensuring water consumption in a short time (200 seconds).
BIG MATIC filters are supplied complete with pneumatic valves, pressure gauges and electronic controller.

VTO FILTER
VTO self cleaning screen filters are designed for filtration of liquids with solid particles and colloidal materials. Special suction nozzles ensure the complete cleaning of the screen with minimum water consumption and without stopping the filtration process. They can be supplied in three different configurations (Y, L, and O) depending on the position of In/Out connections. The filtering cartridge can be supplied either as a polyester mesh inserted between two AISI 316 net tubes or as a three layer AISI 316 stainless steel cartridge (REPS); with this solution the filtration degree ranges from 25 µm to 810 µm. All filters are supplied ready to work, with valves, pressure gauges and electronic controller included.

JUMBO are self-cleaning screen filters designed for filtration of liquids containing solid particles even colloidal. Special suction pads ensure the complete cleaning of the screen with minimum water consumption and without stopping the filtration process. All filters are supplied ready to work, with valves, pressure gauges and electronic controller included.
The JUMBO series includes models of JUMBO ROTOR specifically designed to treat large volumes of water(from 800 to 3000 m3/h), with a filtration degree ranging from 1500 to 100 μm, though maintaining all the key features of the smaller models of the family.

AUTOJET FILTER
AUTOJET is a self-cleaning screen filter suitable for the treatment of water particularly loaded with solid bodies, also of colloidal nature. The effective cleaning of the filter is ensured by some jets of water under pressure, which guarantee reduced time and consumption of cleaning water. According to the installation requirements, it is possible to choose between 2 different construction configurations: Y and L. The internal cartridge is available with polyester filtering tissue (PES) inserted in a holding net in stainless steel AISI 316, or entirely in stainless steel AISI 316 in double layer REPS version; these solutions offer a very wide range of filtration from 2000 to 25 µm. The AUTOJET filters are supplied with automation group, valves, and pressure gauges.

MEGA MATIC FILTER
The MEGA MATIC and the BIG MATIC are the only self-cleaning filters in the market that can reach 1 micron filtration degree thanks to their special BM filter element which offers a filtration degree ranging from 10 to 1 µm.
The cleaning of the BM elements is performed with empty filter with pressurized water jets that hit the filter surface by draining the impurities out.
During the cleaning cycle the filter elements are placed in rotation by means of electric motors, and a clean water intake at 5-6 bar pressure is required. This ensures a great regeneration in a short time (150 seconds) and a reduced water consumption.
MEGA MATIC filters are supplied complete with pneumatic valves pneumatic, pressure gauges and electronic controller.

ROTOR HP DUPLEX FILTER
ROTOR HP DUPLEX self cleaning screen filters are designed for filtration of sea water or brackish water. Housing, covers and the most important components are made of DUPLEX steel to gives them exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion also in harsh environments. They can be supplied in two different configurations (L and O) depending on the position of In/Out connections. Special suction pads ensure the complete cleaning of the screen with minimum water consumption and without stopping the filtration process. The filtering cartridge can be supplied either as a polyester mesh inserted between two DUPLEX steel net tubes or as a DUPLEX steel cartridge (fito); with this solution the filtration degree ranges from 25 µm to 810 µm.
